The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a bag more than 8 liters of liquor was recovered. The petitioner and co-accused were alleged to be the person who had thrown the bag and fled away. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
