The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners and other accused persons and made allegation that on petty dispute for bringing sweets in mosque, the occurrence took place. All the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members. It is submitted that there is a case and counter-case and both sides got injuries. One person each from the side of the petitioners and the informant got grievous injury. Similarly situated accused Md. Jakir, Md. Sakir, Md. Kadir and Md. Samural have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4269/2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16501 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
