Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence of murder of his daughter. One of the FIR named accused has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1540 of 2018 (Annexure2). Name of the petitioner is not there in the FIR, rather it surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sagar Raj.
