JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,308,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the background of land dispute the petitioner, her husband and son abused the wife of the informant and on protest being made, they pelted stones as a result fiveyears-old-son of the informant received injury and accused also damaged the water pipe of the informant. When the informant was going to police station then accused Nageshwar Kewat and Balkishore Kewat assaulted him with fists and slaps and snatched the jewellery from the informant's wife.

No.11459 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of pelting stones is general and omnibus and in the background of serious land dispute the accusation has been levelled. More over the injuries of the son of the informant have been found to be simple.

Considering the fact that the accusation is general and omnibus and petitioner is lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Hilsa, Camp Court, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
