2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 .

3 . It is alleged that 40 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the bush near the house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner disclosed by local choukidar. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Excise Court - II Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh Police Station Case No. 123 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
