JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 14/2018 registered under Sections 399/402, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegedly from the possession of the petitioner a country-made loaded pistol has been recovered, he is in custody since 10.01.2018 having no criminal antecedents prior to the present case. It is further submitted that the co-accused in the present case has been granted privilege of regular bail by this court in criminal miscellaneous No. 33420 of 2018.

Learned A.P.P for the State is present.

No.33667 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case under which the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018 and had no criminal antecedents prior to the present case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge 3rd CumA.C.J.M. 3rd, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
