The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and the informant are own brothers. It appears that they have fought with each other over the issue of raising of boundary wall between their houses. There is a counter version of the occurrence also which has been lodged by the petitioner against the informant vide Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 138/2020. The injury suffered by the

Regard being had to the relationship between the parties, the nature of accusation as well as the background facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
