2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.09.2020 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, XI, Samastipur only to the extent of award of maintenance Rs. 4,500/- per month which is excessive and beyond the financial capability of the handicapped petitioner.
