2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 457 of 2024 but it has been mistakenly recorded in the order dated 03.07.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44533 of 2026 as Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 457 of 2025 in place of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 457 of 2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid, let the order dated 03.07.2026 is modified to the extent that Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 457 of 2025 in the order dated 03.07.2026 be treated as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48939 of 2026(2) dt.10-07-2026 2/2 Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 457 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 03.07.2026 is modified to the above extent and the present modification application stands disposed of.
