Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6484 of 2017 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2017 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/38/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From the stamp report it appears that on similarly circumstances co-accused Jainath Rai has been granted regular bail vide order dated 23.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. Appeal No. 61507 of 2017 and others have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. It appears that in this connection made to the order

Considering the totality of the fact and situation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6484 of 2017 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
