The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 376 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have attempted to commit rape on the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and police, after investigation, submitted chargesheet under Section 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50790 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
