Mr.Anish Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners, who are ladies, apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant and his brother & adopted son were harvesting the crop, coaccused Arvind Singh fired, but fortunately it did not hit anyone and informant fled to his house. It is further alleged that other co-accused named in the F.I.R. including petitioners attacked brother of informant and adopted son of informant with Lathi and sharp-edge weapons, due to which, they sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.

Both parties are agnates and next door neighbours. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Petitioners, who are ladies, are daughter-in-law of co-accused Ram Nagina Singh, and did not take part in the alleged occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Bikramganj, District - Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
