This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2048 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the participants of the murder of the deceased and she is also the cause of the murder of the deceased. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
