2. In the instant writ petition, it is contended by the petitioner that he is scheduled to retire on superannuation this year itself. Moreover, he is suffering from ailment of Kidney, therefore, at the fague end of his service life, he may not be transferred to a place far away from Patna. It is also contended that in Patna, he is able to treat himself medically by good doctors. In Madhubani, such medical facilities is not available. He submitted a representation to the Director, Employment and Training, Bihar for reconsideration of his order of transfer but

The instant writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority, i.e., respondent no. 03 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order relating to his transfer within 30 days from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.

4. In the meantime, the impugned order of transfer be stayed till the disposal of the said representation (Annexure 5). (Bibek Chaudhuri, J) Suraj Dubey/- U
