The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.06.2019. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police on the allegation that he has impressed upon the Station Master, Siwan that he is the District Magistrate of Gopalganj and asked him to open the VIP room so that he may stay in the VIP room. On suspicion, the petitioner was apprehended.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47431 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019.
