This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Inarwa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The recovery is of 22 Kgs. of Ganja and the evidence has come connecting the petitioner with the alleged recovery of Ganja.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60351 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
