The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have submitted B.Ed. certificate at the time of her appointment on the post of teacher. It is alleged that affiliation and registration of S.M. Zareef College of Education, Darbhanga was cancelled by Memo No. XC 16671867/2000 dated 29.02.2000 and all students of the college were duly informed. It is submitted that the petitioner never got any information about cancellation of her B.Ed certificate. The petitioner was duly admitted in the college and passed B.Ed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12733 of 2016 (3) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 examination.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. Case No. 785 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 5374/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
