JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the matter was sent to Mediation Centre Patna High Court, Patna, and the learned Mediator has reported that the dispute in between the parties has already been resolved with happy note of compromise. The learned Mediator also attached the settlement agreed upon by the parties.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on
