ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-07-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order of none discharge dated 30.01.2015 in Sessions Trial No. 866 of 2014. Considering that the petitioner seeks discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone at the stage of 379 I.P.C, the application is rejected.
