Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From a Pick-Up Van, huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioners were also in the same Van. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48010 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Case No.C2/227/19, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
