The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion she was made accused in this case. She is in custody since 22.3.2018. He submits that in the instant case investigation against this petitioner is now complete and petitioner is ready to extend full cooperation in completion of trial. Considering the facts that petitioner is a lady and there is no eye witness or material to suggest that petitioner has any direct role in connection with death of deceased and she has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34414 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extent full cooperation in disposal of the trial.

In the event any attempt is made either to influence the witnesses or any delay in conclusion of the trial at the instance of the petitioner, the trial court is directed to take appropriate step including cancellation of bail in order to ensure expeditious disposal of the trial.
