02.02.2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 02.08.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 238 of 2000 arising out of Complaint Case No. 948(C) of 2000 (Tr. No. 2019 of 2007).

It has been submitted that subsequently in the nature of dispute between the parties they entered into the compromise which is annexed as Annexure-2. Notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the aspect of compromise, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43291 of 2011 (10) dt.02-02-2015 application is allowed and the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order of cognizance dated 02.08.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 238 of 2000 arising out of Complaint Case No. 948(C) of 2000 (Tr. No. 2019 of 2007) is, hereby, set aside. The Application stands allowed.
