Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 105/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs. 1,90,000/- has been deposited by co-accused Jitendra Ram and Rs. 30,000/- has been deposited by this petitioner. He further submits that the balance of the defalcated amount shall be deposited by the petitioner in installments. The petitioner shall deposit the balance amount of defalcated amount of Rs. 1,51,000/- in three monthly installments.

No.6757 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 If the petitioner deposits Rs. 50,000/- within four weeks from today and appear before the Court below and she shall be released on interim bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 105/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. If the petitioner deposit the entire amount of Rs. 1,51, 000/-, the interim bail granted to her shall be confirmed. With the aforesaid direction, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

While passing this order, the Court has considered an order dated 17.06.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40654 of 2020.
