The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2017 in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 730 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady and she is entitled to be released on bail. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a lady and in judicial custody for nearly seven months, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
