The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.227 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147,148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
