Since on a fresh exercise done for selection of Anganwari Sevika in relation to the Ward, in question, private-

Patna High Court LPA No.1556 of 2014 dt.09-05-2017 2/2 respondent no. 10 has been selected and she is performing her duty in that capacity, in furtherance to the order passed earlier by the different authorities, it is left open to the appellant to assail the said appointment on grounds, which may be available to her. Nothing more is required to be done by interfering with the order of the Learned Single Judge.

Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
