The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been arrested in this case on the basis of information provided by a spy.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession nor has he been put on Test Identification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50708 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Parade. It has further been submitted that the looted article appears to have been recovered from the possession of some other accused persons.

Considering the afore-noted nature of material collected against the petitioner, his period of custody which is from 08.06.2022 and also taking into account that he does not have criminal antecedents, he/Bablu Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.
