JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(1) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding the respondents to grant the following reliefs :

(i) To direct the concerned Respondents to recover the subscription money amounting to Rs. 1,26,000/- collected for a Chief Minister Flood Relief Fund by the Chairman and Secretary, Bihar Pensioner Samaj, Biharsharif (Respondents no. 5 and 6

(ii) To direct the concerned Respondents for compliance of the Enquiry Report against Respondent no. 5 and 6.

(iii) To direct the concerned Respondents to take suitable action against the Respondent no. 5 and 6."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
