The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3477 of 2018 arising out of Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 (I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 for alleged recovery of 22.400 litres of country made liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to paragraph No. 3 submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was arrested on suspicion. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
