The present writ application has been filed seeking direction to make the entire payment of retiral benefits including pension accruable to the deceased husband of petitioner who stood superannuated from service on 30.04.2009 from the post of Revenue Clerk (Rajaswa Karmchari), at Gaunaha Block, West Champaran, the additional prayer was to assure the payment of GPF and group insurance.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during

Patna High Court CWJC No.17976 of 2021(3) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 pendency of writ application, a counter affidavit has come, in which, sanction has been made for payment of petitioner and calculation has also been provided to him.

In this view of the matter, this writ application is disposed off with a direction that the admitted dues as mentioned in the counter affidavit shall be paid to the petitioner within 6 weeks from the date of passing of this order. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to raise his further points relating to nonpayment before the respondent no.7, who shall pass reasoned order within 6 weeks thereafter. With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
