2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., the informant has alleged that all the F.I.R. named including this petitioner abused and assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod. It is further alleged that co-accused Raghunath Yadav snatched silver chain and threatened to kill him.
4. It is submitted that no specific over act has been alleged against the petitioner and allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Allegation of snatching the silver chain is against co-accused Raghunath Yadav. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P. S. Case No. 290 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
