2. Matter was heard from time to time, it is admitted that State/competent authority have not held DPC during the intervening period from 2011 to 2015 for the post of Labour Enforcement Officer.

3. In the light of aforementioned admitted facts, the appellant - State have not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge.
