2. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent No. 6 to reinstate the petitioner against the post of community co-ordinator under Chorgaoun, Block Assurganj, District Munger. A further prayer has been made to direct the payment of back wages to the petitioner.

3. It transpires to this Court that this case has been pending since 2017, and no single hearing has been held in this case.

4. Counsel for the respondent submits that, as per the pleadings in the case, the petitioner's representation is still pending. Counsel further submits that, according to the norms, the petitioner should have filed the representation before the District Project Manager, Jeevika (respondent No. 3), but he has not filed the representation before the respondent No. 3.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off in the absence of the petitioner's Counsel, directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the District Project Manager, Jeevika (respondent No. 3), by filing a fresh representation along with a copy of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court. Thereafter, the District Project Manager, Jeevika (respondent No. 3), shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation within 90 days from the date of filing the said representation.
