Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dehri (T) PS Case No.310 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had purchased the battery from a Kabari shop of one Manish Kumar and he has also stated this fact in his confessional statement and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Nandan Jaiswal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
