The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.15 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners are required to be arrested for identification as well as for recovery, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is accordingly dismissed.
