2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed a complaint vide complaint No. ONL-PAT-G0122425-00282/PAT-MISC-G-012-2425-1364 before the Grievance Redressal Portal of Insurance Ombudsman at Patna i.e. Respondent No. 2 herein, the present writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12512 of 2025(3) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 disposed of directing the Insurance Ombudsman (Respondent No. 2) to pass necessary orders in the said complaint as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner as well as the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
