2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sharp edged weapon causing grievous injury. The petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after
