JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 290 / 34 IPC, Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the seizure list was not prepared in accordance with law. She further submits that seizure list was prepared by the informant and in the seizure list, which is part of the FIR, there is no mention that from whose possession the aforesaid arm was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after 17.07.2018 on furnishing bail
