Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of murder. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused-Rohit Kumar Yadav, wherein he simply stated that the petitioner was involved in this case. He further submits that some other co-accused have been allowed bail in this case by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
