2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 3, the Director Higher Education, Patna for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order considering the letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.18092 of 2021(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 dated 09.10.2021 and dated 28.01.2022 passed by the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
