18-04-2017 Heard Sri Amaresh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramadhar Singh, learned Govt. Pleader - 25. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 3424 of 1994, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 16-09-2010. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 3424 of 1994 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 16-09-2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3424 of 1994 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 3424 of 1994 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U T
