The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2691-C of 2013 for offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A private complaint has been filed making an allegation against the persons involved in corruption in the matter of taking loan for the purpose of rice mill. Lot of examples have been given of the corruption. The court below, on the basis of this private complaint, has taken cognizance.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10034 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 Looking to the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, namely, Anil Kumar Srivastava @ Anil Kr. Shrivastava and Rameshwar Prasad Sahai be enlarged on bail in the event they would surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Complaint Case No. 2691-C/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
