Petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/267/18 for the offence under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 30 liters of Nepali wine. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2018.
