The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, on the secret information, the police party reached at the place of occurrence and seized country made pistols and cartridges from accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner has come in this case on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019.
