No.972 of 2015 and other analogous matters.

Accordingly, this application also stands allowed in terms of the decision dated 20.02.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.972 of 2015 and the impugned notice and certificate are quashed and set aside. Matter is remitted back to the Certificate Officer, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose of the certificate cases afresh in accordance with law.
