The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, he has been arrested on the basis of the so-called report of the Spy and, later on, his confessional statement has been extracted by Police applying force. It is submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and till date he has not been put on T.I.P. It is submitted that even though there is one case against the petitioner, he is on bail in the said case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33548 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the submissions that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade till date and there is no recovery of the looted article from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M IX, Siwan, in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- Saurabh/Sanjeev U T
