JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 At the outset, Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order under contempt, the authority concerned had already passed the order negativing the claim of the petitioner and thus he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with the liberty to assail the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
