The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 149, 447, 307, 436, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioner came variously armed and asked the informant for returning of Rs.700/- borrowed at the rate of Rs.20/- interest, per month, by the brother of the informant, on protest being made by the informant the accused persons sprinkled kerosene oil on the house of the informant when this petitioner lit the fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to old enmity between the petitioner and the informant the accusation has been levelled and the petitioner is a lady.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.324/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
