JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 377 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner and one Sujeet Kumar stabbed the nephew of the informant namely Rakesh Kumar Singh. Two sharp cut injuries of marginal size have been found by the doctor.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner was also stabbed by the other nephew of the informant namely Rahul Kumar when there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
