2. The present petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 22.09.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10160 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties relies on Annexure- K to the supplementary show cause to submit that out of the total claim of Rs.7,52,388/- an amount of Rs.2,64,000/- was found admissible for payment to the petitioner which has already since been paid vide demand draft No. 091395 dated 12.10.2015

Patna High Court MJC No.860 of 2016 (4) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 and for which speaking order has been passed by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, M.J.C. No. 860 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
